Steelmakers generally make worker safety a high priority, so this question is offered with an appropriate sensitivity to the current situation: What is going on in 2008? We're only 12 weeks into this year, and already there are eight work-related fatal accidents at U.S. steel mills. If anyone has an opinion, or better, an insight, it would be welcome.
